S-1631 Dispersant

Features:

It promotes pigment deflocculation through steric hindrance effects. Due to the fine particle size after deflocculation, it provides high gloss and excellent fullness while improving hiding power and transparency.
It reduces system viscosity, allows higher pigment loading, and improves leveling performance.
It is suitable for the dispersion of organic pigments, inorganic pigments, and extender pigments.
In wood coating systems, it provides excellent wetting performance for substrates and fillers.

Applications:

Dosage and Application Method:

For inorganic pigments: 3–10%; organic pigments: 10–20%; titanium dioxide: 0.5–2.5%. Add during the grinding process.
